What is a Special Awards Judge?
Special Awards judges, unlike regular award judges, do not rank projects towards medals. Instead, Special Awards judges give awards specific to the group they represent. Many corporations, professional organizations and individuals sponsor individual awards with their own criteria and send a Special Judge to evaluate projects and choose their own winner or winners.
