A list of accepted participants is posted in “Confirmed Participants” under the Students Tab on our website. This is not the complete list as some names do not appear as signature forms releasing permission to post names hasn’t been received.
Also today, March 12th, 80% of the acceptance emails went out. Again without the required signature forms not all acceptance emails have been sent out.
Please check your emails (including junk mail folders) for acceptance emails and for those that have acceptance and conditional acceptance emails please reply back so we know you have seen the email and the important information that it provides regarding Self-Nomination of Awards, and details regarding the weekend events and awards ceremony.
If you do not see your name, haven’t received an email or if you have a question/concern regarding your application please contact our registration committee (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can let you know what the status of your application is and if we are waiting for any forms to come in (due to March break some forms are still in transit)
